Psychologie et Sérénité
Open psychology and relationship data under CC-BY 4.0 — Clinical concepts, French articles metadata, validated psychological tests, and couple communication analysis frameworks.
About
This organization gathers open data from two sister brands operated by Gildas Garrec, a CBT-trained psychopractitioner.
French clinical psychology resources:
- 999+ articles on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), attachment theory, anxiety, parenting, self-development
- Validated psychological tests (anxiety, OCD, attachment style, couple communication)
- Clinical concept references (Bowlby, Young, Beck, Gottman frameworks)
- 16 published books in the "Essentials of Applied Psychology" collection
AI-assisted couple conversation analysis:
- Imports message exports from Messenger, WhatsApp, iMessage and other platforms
- Analyzes communication patterns through validated psychological frameworks (Gottman's Four Horsemen, attachment theory, NVC)
- Provides actionable insights to couples on dialogue balance, emotional reciprocity, and conflict patterns
- Privacy by design: all analysis happens client-side or with end-to-end encryption — no raw conversation data is ever stored or shared
